• Freestanding Soaking Tub: Installed a sleek, freestanding tub in a matte white finish with a floor-mounted chrome filler.

• Walk-In Shower with Frameless Glass: Designed a curbless entry with porcelain slab walls and a rainfall showerhead, enhancing both function and aesthetics.

• Floating Vanity: A double sink vanity with under-cabinet lighting, quartz countertops, and integrated storage keeps the space clean and modern.

• Heated Floors: Added programmable radiant heating beneath the large-format tile flooring for year-round comfort.

• Smart Lighting System: Voice-activated dimming, ambient backlighting, and mirror-integrated LEDs add a touch of tech-savvy luxury.

Challenges & Solutions

One major challenge was relocating plumbing to fit the new layout, especially for the freestanding tub. Our team handled this with minimal structural impact by coordinating with licensed plumbers and leveraging 3D design mockups.
