The final result is a 110 sq. ft. retreat featuring a walk-in shower, floating vanity, built-in shelving, and neutral color tones that visually enlarge the room.

• Floating Vanity with Integrated Sink: Selected a wall-mounted vanity in a natural oak finish with under-cabinet lighting and a seamless quartz top.

• Recessed Wall Niches: Created two built-in wall niches with mosaic tile accents for towel storage and décor.

The building’s older plumbing infrastructure posed challenges during demolition. Our licensed plumbers rerouted lines to accommodate the new fixtures while ensuring compliance with local code. Moisture-proofing was reinforced using Schluter waterproofing systems behind walls and under flooring.
